Reservations are accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis with a $100.00 damage deposit(This ammount will be refunded at the end of stay providing no damage has been done and the apartment is in reasonably good order)
Special Saving:
We will give you a dicount of $10 per week (Queen Size Bed)and $5 per week (Single Bed) in you change and wash your own linens.
A sunken large living room with two futons, chairs, small tables, desk, and Cable TV included(a Tape player is available upon request). We have a large number of recorded tapes that are available for your enjoyment at no extra charge. Videos are also available for rent at Sears (main street, 3-4 blocks away). Bring your own radio and tape player as you wish.
Remeber these appartments are economically furnished for your benfit. We will do our utmost to keep you comfortable at the most economical rates possible!
Payment: Sorry, but we are not computer literate! We accwept payment the old fashioned way: YOur personal cheque, cash money orders(made out to: Swiss Bells B&B and Farmers rest Homestead c/o Art Schmid Holdings)
Early Booking Discounts:
For opening November 1, 2005 first reservation with $100 deposit will qualify as first, second and so on!
If two or more reservations are received on the same day, the first or next numbers will be combined and both parties will receive the discount as if they booked as a group. The frist reservation of the day will have the first chance fro duration of rental apartments. Please give a phone number to contact you or a multiple party (up to 8-10 persons maximum)
First prize - 15% Second Prize - 10% Third Prize - 5%
Forth prize - 4% Fifth Prize - 3% Sixth Prize - 2%
7-10th prize consolation 1%
Discounts allowed for up to two full weeks rent
For late day arrivals we will provide at our B&B a full course dinner @7/person (you must phone us a minimum three hours in advance @ 250-445-2274)
Parties wishing to come and view our apartments may make a resvervation at out B&B as listed just 1/2 block from apartments (420 Gold Ave)
